We are unusual as a practice combining the skills of Architects and Chartered Surveyors, bringing together a talent for creative thinking with a thorough understanding of issues affecting the occupation and ownership of property. Our broad skills base and depth of expertise enables us to provide real solutions to our client's property needs.
Founded in 1895, we remain an independent partnership with a core management of eight partners, six senior associates and six associates. Although a relatively small practice, we have a track record of handling major projects for a wide range of clients. - see projects.
Most of our staff are based in central London (we also have a satellite office in Manchester), however our work takes us throughout the UK (and sometimes beyond) - see locations. With most of our staff in one location we are able to ensure the cross-fertilisation of ideas between our different core disciplines.
