Recent appointments include management of a £1/2m project of external redecoration and stonework repairs to a major listed office building in the City of London. Our experience covers a wide variety of commercial, industrial and specialist buildings.
The Practice is experienced in representing both landlords and tenants in negotiating dilapidations claims and other disputes over repairs (including landlords repairs under service charge provisions). We have experience in Expert Witness submissions for litigation. |
