Training Facilities
- the practice has designed flight simulator buildings for RAF
and Army bases across the country and has recently completed
the new Firearms and Public Order Training Facility for the
Metropolitan Police Service at Gravesend. Procurement of these
projects has been through PFI (through Thales Training and
Simulation and Equion respectively.) |

The
Practice has experience in both traditional procurement and PFI and
has recently been involved in major PFI projects to provide four new
police stations for the Metropolitan Police Service in South East
London (Sutton, Bromley, Deptford and Lewisham) as well as a
training facility in Gravesend. The practice is currently involved
in a PFI project to deliver 17 police stations to the Greater
Manchester Police Authority. We have also been involved in a number
of military PFI projects.
We
also provide advice on property matters to public sector clients
(from day-to-day management, landlord and tenant matters, maintenance and repairs to major
relocations). Clients include HM Land Registry, the Community Fund, local
authorities, health authorities
