All properties are different and each may have its own problems, it is important to know what you’re taking on.  We provide clients with building surveys on a wide range of properties – residential, retail, office, industrial and specialist buildings.   A thorough building survey is an essential pre-requisite of any commitment to buy or lease property.

 

As well as identifying structural defects, a survey can identify non-compliance with statutory requirements (including exposed asbestos, inadequate means of escape and  disabled access) and can identify future maintenance liabilities.

 

We can also organise the commissioning of environmental assessments for contamination and ground conditions from specialist consultants.

 

We undertake surveys throughout the country for a wide range of owner and occupier clients, including public and private sector organisations, Local Authorities and private clients.

We provide building surveys for high value residential properties throughout London and the south east from period country houses to penthouse apartments (as well as terraced houses and flats).
