CT+G
are able to provide a comprehensive service for the acquisition of
commercial premises to suit occupiers’ present and future business
demands. The understanding built through working with occupiers over
many years and our ability to draw on the skills of other
disciplines within the Practice (including building surveys and
advice on space planning and fitting out) enables us to establish
the client's requirement and identify suitable premises.
The
practice offers a single point of contact for the client throughout
the acquisition process. We are able to provide a complete
service from preliminary market searches to undertaking a condition
survey and designing and overseeing fitting out of the new facility.
With
current pressure on Tenants to move away from the traditional long
leases and new accountancy practice standards planned to make
explicit such commitments in company accounts, it is important for
occupiers to negotiate flexibility into their terms of occupation.
Care needs to be taken that the terms of a lease (including length
of term, repairing obligations, provision for alterations etc.) are
all suited to the occupier's requirements.
We
are able to provide a service across the country and have recently
been involved in acquisitions from Plymouth to Belfast and Dundee.
